MEMBERSHIP

Meet and greet —15 min, free

Meet and greet to see what we are about.

Basic membership — $75/month

Unlimited visits in-person, phone, text, tele-health. Labs, medications, infusions are extra but deeply discounted. Also includes procedures such as simple laceration repair, I&D, joint injections, etc…25% off infusions and add a spouse/child for discounted price.

*Membership does not reimburse you if you go to the ED or another facility.

Upgraded membership— &125/month

Basic membership plus includes two basic lab panels per year and two IV infusions per year (excluding NAD+).

Platinum membership — $200/month

Includes expanded lab panel and four IV infusions per year (excludes NAD+).

One time visit for non-members — $100

Not ready to join? One time visit fee to take care of your primary and urgent care needs. Labs, medications, infusions, and procedures are extra.

IV INFUSIONS

Basic IV infusion-$100

Basic infusion of normal saline or lactated ringers.

Myer’s cocktail-$150

Comprised of essential multivitamins and other nutrients, this cocktail premix is designed to help alleviate a range of symptoms.

Migraine infusion-$150

IV infusion plus anti-inflammatory, nausea meds and magnesium.

Immunity infusion-$150

Designed to help your immune system, reduce the risk of illnesses and make you feel better faster after getting sick. Vitamin complex, vitamin C and zinc.,.

Performance and recovery-$150

Built to support active lifestyles and faster recovery, the Recovery & Performance IV infusion is formulated to help reduce downtime after physical exertion or injury.

Altitude/reboot-$150

Great after a raging weekend or if you need a little help with the high altitude. Includes vitamins, minerals, taurine and oxygen.

NAD+ —$200-250; 250-500 mg
